Wir sind die Bardogs Zürich. Es ist völlig ok, wenn Dir das an dieser Stelle noch nichts sagt, doch das würden wir gerne ändern. Besuche unser Instagram, YouTube-Channel oder unsere Website: dort erhältst Du einen ersten Eindruck, wie wir aussehen und was wir machen. Hinter den Muskeln und schwitzigen Bildern versteckt sich – behaupten wir nicht ohne Stolz – eine der familiärsten Fitnesseinrichtungen der Welt. Wer einmal einen Fuss in unsere Hallen setzt, verlässt sie nicht so schnell wieder (und das nicht nur nach einem anstrengenden Legday).

Calisthenics, das kreative Training mit dem eigenen Körper, begleitet uns schon sehr lange. 2016 haben wir dann beschlossen, unsere Passion einer breiteren Masse zugänglich zu machen. Also haben wir unseren ersten Fitnessraum eröffnet: Das Home of Bardogs in Urdorf Zürich.

Trotz dem extremen Zuwachs gelingt es uns, den Family Vibe und das Persönliche beizubehalten. ( --> Video mit Stimmen über Bardogs <-- ) 
Immer wieder dürfen wir beobachten, wie unsere neuen Mitglieder von Kund*innen, zu Bekannten, zu Freunden, zu Bardogs-Family werden. Auf die Frage, was uns von anderen Gyms abhebt, hören wir oftmals: die familiäre Atmosphäre, die Unkompliziertheit, die Trainingsqualität, das Füreinander und Miteinander, der 24h Zugang und die fairen Preise.          

Wir wachsen sehr schnell – immer mehr Menschen mit den unterschiedlichsten Ansprüchen und Bedürfnissen trainieren in der umfunktionierten Lagerhalle in Urdorf. Internationale Calisthenics Grössen wurden auf uns aufmerksam und besuchen uns immer wieder. Menschen aus der ganzen Welt treffen sich hier für die Workshops und Wettkämpfe der Profis, die von überall her anreisen, um bei uns zu unterrichten und zu trainieren.

Deshalb haben wir letztes Jahr beschlossen, unsere Bardogs Familie zu überraschen. Wir haben den angrenzenden Raum dazugemietet und so kurzerhand die Trainingsfläche verdoppelt. Im Januar 2021 sollte dann die grosse Eröffnung folgen.

Und dann kam Corona. 

Wir sind nicht die Einzigen, die Corona vor finanzielle Schwierigkeiten stellt. Deshalb haben wir von Anfang an beschlossen, dass unsere Mitglieder nicht bezahlen müssen, was sie nicht nutzen können.
Doch wenn wir alle die schlimmsten Zeiten der Pandemie überstanden haben, gilt es, Körper und Geist wieder zu heilen. Dann möchten wir unsere Türen öffnen können und mit der körperbewussten Sportart Calisthenics wieder für Ausgleich im Leben der Menschen sorgen.

We are the Bardogs Zurich. It's totally ok if that doesn't mean anything to you at this point, but we'd like to change that. Behind the muscles and sweaty pictures - we claim not without pride - hides one of the most familiar fitness facilities in the world. Once you set foot in our halls, you won't leave again (and not only after an intensive legday).

Calisthenics, the creative training with one's own body, has been with us for a very long time. In 2016, we decided to make our passion accessible to a wider audience. So we opened our first gym: The Home of Bardogs in Urdorf Zurich.

Despite the extreme growth, we manage to keep the family vibe and the personal touch.. ( --> Video with statements about Bardogs <-- ) 
Again and again we can observe how our new members become customers, acquaintances, friends, Bardogs family. When asked what sets us apart from other gyms, we often hear: the family atmosphere, the uncomplicated nature, the quality of the training, the support and cooperation, the 24-hour access and the fair prices.       

We are growing very quickly - more and more people with the most diverse demands and needs are training in the converted warehouse in Urdorf. International calisthenics stars became aware of us and visit us again and again. People from all over the world meet here for the workshops and competitions of the professionals, who travel from all over to teach and train with us.

So last year we decided to surprise our Bardogs family. We rented the adjoining room and thus doubled the training space without further ado. The grand opening was to follow in January 2021.

And then Corona came along. 

We are not the only ones who are facing financial difficulties at Corona. That's why we decided from the beginning that our members don't have to pay for what they can't use.But once we've all survived the worst of the pandemic, it's a matter of healing our bodies and minds again. Then we want to be able to open our doors and bring balance back into people's lives with the body-conscious sport of calisthenics.
