GOOD NEWS: Thanks to the previous supporters (15'000 CHF) we are now registered for the European Championships in Slovenia (Ljubljana) from 7 to 13 July 2025!

We are overwhelmed, very grateful and say THANK YOU!

The overall project-costs are 30’000 CHF. The second half (also 15'000 CHF) remain to be raised through athlete contributions and – if possible – partly by this crowd funding.

All additional contributions help to make the personal fee per athlete affordable!

Water polo was the first Olympic team sport and requires intensive training. We are the Swiss U16 national team and come from all parts of Switzerland. We train in our clubs and with the national team 6-8 times a week - in the pool and gym.

However, the association cannot cover any costs for the event. We need the money for a preparation tournament, the travel to Slovenia and the accommodation during the European Championships.

We train in our clubs and with the national team 6-8 times a week - in the pool and gym. Our dream for 2025 is to represent Switzerland at the U16 European Championships.

We are qualified for the European Championships which will take place in Slovenia (Lubljana) from 7 to 13 July 2025. At a recent training camp and tournament in August 2024, we proved that we are strong and ready with victories against teams from Hungary, Italy and Azerbaijan. However, the association cannot cover all the costs of the event and the preparation. We are therefore focussing our hopes on this crowd-funding. We need the money for a preparation camp in Sursee, the travel to Slovenia and the accomodation during the European Championships.

The aim is to raise 15,000 CHF, but already CHF 10,000 will allow us to get the planning underway. With your donation, you support us young people in our competitive sport, team spirit and dream.
