Hallo zusammen

Mein Name ist Meret Kisslig. Ich bin 14 Jahre alt (2009) und wohne im Kanton Thurgau. Seit 2018 spiele ich Unihockey. Begonnen habe ich bei den Red Lions Frauenfeld bei den E Junioren.

In der sechsten Klasse bestand ich die Sportschul-Selektion. Im Sommer 2021 habe ich in die Sekundarschule gestartet. Nach der ersten Sek habe ich mich dazu entschieden, die Kantiprüfung zu machen. Diese bestand ich im März 2023. Seit diesem Sommer bin ich nun an der Kantonsschule. Ich trainiere 6 mal pro Woche. 2 mal mit der U21B, einmal mit der U17A, einmal in einem RLZ und noch 2 mal individuell.

Mein grösster Traum ist es, in der Nationalmannschaft der Schweiz der Frauen zu spielen und zum Stammkader eines grossen Klubs zu gehören. Als es von meiner Schule aus einen Anlass gab, welcher sich um ein Auslandsjahr hielt, bin ich natürlich dahin gegangen. Als ich von der Möglichkeit ein Auslandsjahr zu machen gehört habe, war ich total begeistert und wollte das unbedingt machen.

Sofort begannen meine Eltern und ich mit der Planung. Durch die Hilfe von meinem Trainier hatten wir schon bald eine Gastfamilie gefunden und einen Top Verein, in dem ich spielen werde. In Finnland kann ich einerseits im Sportbereich viel profitieren, andererseits kann ich mein Englisch auch verbessern, was mir bei meiner zweisprachigen Ausbildung helfen wird. Da die Kosten recht hoch sind, würde ich mich sehr über deine Unterstützung freuen.

Wie man sehen kann, fallen viele Kosten an. Ich bin sehr dankbar über jeden Franken.

Hello everyone

My name is Meret Kisslig. I am 14 years old (2009) and live in the canton of Thurgau. I have been playing floorball since 2018. I started with the Red Lions Frauenfeld in the E juniors.

I passed the sports school selection in sixth grade. I started secondary school in summer 2021. After the first secondary school, I decided to do to exam for the cantonal school. I passed this in March 2023 and have been at the cantonal school since this summer. I train 6 times a week. 2 times with the U21B, once with the U17A, once in a RLZ and 2 more times individually.

My biggest dream is to play for the Swiss women's national team and be part of the regular squad of a big club. When my school organised an opportunity for me to spend a year abroad, I naturally went along. When I heard about the opportunity to do a year abroad, I was absolutely thrilled and wanted to do it.

My parents and I immediately started planning. With the help of my coach, we soon found a nice family and a top club for me to play for. In Finland, I can profite a lot in floorball, but I can also improve my English, which will help me with my bilingual education. As the costs are quite high, I would really appreciate your support.
